Having a double Maker’s tonite

About 80% of my bourbon is Makers. I’m getting tired of it but it’s the gold standard IMO. And price ($44 for a 1.75 at Lukas) is like a sore dick: you can’t beat it.

Hmm, wonder if just putting the molds in a cooler and putting the cooler in the freezer would work... looks like that's basically their idea to slow down the freezing process. :hmmm:

I went to a bar in KC a couple years ago and had some Pappy 23.

I do this occasionally - it's kinda a PITA, but the best way I've found.
