Pioli failed miserably. He sucks at his job and he should go back to rubbing Billy's balls or something.

I would expect Brad Childress as the Offensive Coordinator, so the Chiefs would definitely be old school West Coast Offense.

I imagine Morninwheg would be somewhere on the staff but Chilly would be a better choice, IMO.

Reid had his best years with him as his OC.

I'm going to go full on homer......but Reid is signed and Pioli is fired. We re-sign Bowe and Albert. DRC and Byrd are signed as FAs. Geno is drafted #1.

Most likely, QB coach, if he doesn't get an OC position elsewhere (and to be honest, I doubt he will).

If Reid hires Chilly and Shurmur, I'd expect Morninwig to be Assistand Head Coach/Offense Quality Control or some shit.

I doubt he'll leave him out in the cold. I suppose he or Shurmur could follow the Walrus, if he's hired as a head coach but Chilly, IMO, is a must have.
