Probably the best thing for Aiyuk. Maybe he doesn't get the same $$$, but he'll be happier he stayed in SF 3+ years from now. And $26M/yr is more than enough $$$ to set him up for life many times over.

The first thing I think of when I see a story like this is that both parties are trying to get more from the Stoolers. My mind goes straight to 'they're bluffing, all part of the negotiation process'.
