Pulled 425 the other day. Have made it to my 2023 goal of 1000lb club.

425lb Std Deadlift
275lb Bench
315lb Squat (have more in the tank but ankle injury reducing flexibility so not pushing right now)

Going to push to hit 1200lbs by end of year now.

Went to the Shaw Classic over the weekend. Some crazy demonstrations of strength.

Brian Shaw 14 reps 2000lb leg press.

When I started I could barely hit 300 for my output in 30 mins on the bike. Now I'm wondering of I can hit 400 in 30 minutes.

Total is lower end of normal.

What are the measurement values for your free? is it 43.6 ng/ml or 43.6 pg/ml?

If it is pg/ml then you are at the bottom end of normal if not below.

Any online would prescribe without hesitation. Your regular doctor might still be hesitent unless you are displaying noticable low T traits. No libido, ED, lethargic, etc..

The Free Test measure doesn't say how it's measured.

Not to get too personal but I don't have any sexual problems. I still have the libido I had in my teens, and no concerns at all about ED. I don't generally feel tired and I'm busy every day.

Only places I notice is I sleep more poorly than I used to. I also workout as much as I ever have but eat about half the calories I used too and I just can't get very lean anymore. Even when I cut with 1,800 calories I just hold onto bodyfat quite easily, especially my waist and love handles. My strength in the gym has dropped quite a bit in the past few years too.

Moved up a little on some things

Squat 315 lbs

Bench 300 lbs

Deadlift 405 lbs


Finally in the 1,000 lb club.

Total: 1,020 lbs

That is basically how I was when I started. Everything in bedroom was still good just sleep issues and got more difficult to maintain muscle/fat.

You would most likely see awesome results if you did start TRT.

I am stronger and leaner than I have ever been.

Anyone try the "one body part/week" training regimen? is it only for increasing the size of muscles, or can it be tailored for functional strength?

Wow I'm working 60 hours a week and tired as **** I get about 3 days of lifting in a week not shit for cardio and haven't worked out in 4 days. I feel like complete shit this feeling sucks thank God the work load is decreasing here in a few weeks
