Find yourself a hungry ass salesman. They'll do whatever you want.

Thats changing. Some are open now and they are busy as hell. Other lots will be forced to open.

I don't get how this ever started. You take away 1 of the two days that the vast majority of your customers have off?

This. I'm friends with a salesman, and when he started he was absolutely furious they were closing for Labor Day. So he put his card on all the windshield wipers of every car in the lot. Sold 4 cars that day. In podunk ass Kansas.

Hope it works out. If it doesn't last, at least he doesn't owe money on it. Or if he does, it's not $10 Grand.

Spoke to the mechanics about what jason said and they confirmed that issue was not this engine. This engine only has a history with valve cover gaskets. The dealership agreed to pay for the work.

 awesome!

And he drove it into a curb tearing up his wheel.

I'm beside myself right now

Starting to see my limit on how far I'm willing to stick my neck out to help him at this point.

They change when daddy's pocketbook snaps shut and they have to deal with the irresponsible issues they create. My son is learning that also .

Right now it is sounding as if the repair may be more than the car is worth. He only had it for two ****ing months.

don't know for sure yet. The body shop guy hasn't looked at it. Mechanic said it will require some welding though. He didn't sound to positive about recovery.

I haven't even seen it yet. Not sure I want to.

He said that he was going straight at 45mph on a 40mph road, started to hydroplane and went into the curb. I have a feeling that he actually took a turn too fast on a wet road and lost control. The way the mechanic describes it it sounds way more extensive than what my son is telling me.

i just cant see anything on a suspension that would need welding. in fact i would never weld on most suspension parts...
