Reviews are around 8.5-9.0...not bad, not great, though.

For whatever reason, most of the reviews I've seen so far have been console reviews, rather than PC reviews. I haven't paid a lot of attention, though. I don't want my impression of the game to be colored by reviews.

I still haven't started playing yet, I'm working on the last Legends unlock (well, the 4th of 5. The fifth isn't available yet.)

Unlocked the 4th item. I'm only level 6, so it's not a major undertaking.

Well, I can say this much: any of the reviews that say the game has lost the strategic feel hasn't played it Nightmare on a PC. Christ. Right now I'm trying to kill Hurlock Bolters with no ranged characters other than my mages. Playing the early part we saw in the Demo - suffice to say it's...harder on Nightmare.

Looks pretty good, too. Maybe it's my imagination, but the game looks better to me than the demo.

nightmare is tough.

I'm probably at the same part you are at. The 6 bolters + an emissary, and then a bunch more Hurlocks + a grunt. Finally finished it after a few tries.

Not sure why they took the inventory option out of the radial menu.... you now have to press start and then a pause menu with inventory and journal options.. minor complaint.
Did you guys import your Origins character?

I did.

Inventory is still easily accessed with the "i" key on the keyboard. ;)

I liked the way they did character import, giving you the plot summary for that save. I imported a character that did every dlc, awakening, golems and witch hunt. The summary showed 15 things.

The Ogre fight was hilarious on nightmare. I ran out of health potions right as I finished off the last Hurlock Grunt. I've never had to kite, use terrain or move based on enemy movement as much in any game as I have the first few hours of this one.

Installing as I type this. The rest of my day has sucked ass, so hopefully this will improve it.

BTW, I ****ing hate Best Buy. Preordered/prepaid for the game. Stupid bitch at checkout sends me to customer service, where I wait in line nearly 15 minutes only to find out customer service is for preordered only, not prepaid. Had to go to another place in the back of the store, and the moron back there couldn't find the game. Took me over half an hour to get out of that ****ing hellhole when all I had to do was pick up something I'd already ****ing paid for.

Next time, Game Stop.

I admit, I haven't really read much about the game and the changes they've made, but...no secondary weapon set? Companion armor? Eh..not big deals. I like how you can junk inventory now and sell it all quickly.

Nightmare is so ****ing hard. Gotta kite alot, use cover, and focus fire.

You could junk inventory items and sell them all as one in Origins as well.
