Yeah, but you are used to it. San Diegoens (or is it San Diegoites?) have never felt temperatures this cold.

60 degrees is cold for me, imagine it now being 10 degrees.

I have been through many in the midwest. But what you don't understand is that many people out here have no heaters and other isssues involved with such temperatures such as clothing are a huge problem. If it truly gets to 10 out here it will indeed be a crisis for many.
