Pretty dreadful half defensively. They did basically everything wrong on that end and Self didn't start adjusting to Creighton's small lineup until late in the first half. A lot of room for improvement there.

Offense wasn't much better except for Remy bailing them out. Would be nice if Ochai showed up, but he has a tendency to come up small in big games so I'm not expecting much.

24 of their 38 are from 3.

Those who talk about Ochai as a national POY candidate honestly are just looking at the scoring totals and don't watch him play IMO. Good shooter, but he's really not that impactful in the overall sense.

A teams that averages 6 3s a game and the worse in the big east.

Why?

They made 5 threes the past two games combined. Why does this always happen against us. Also, our stars can't make shit. Luckily Remy is holding us together

Some of it is just lazy defense, but most of it is because they are playing a completely different lineup and style than usual without their star center (5 guards) and KU hasn't adjusted appropriately. Small opposing lineups have always been this particular team's issue given McCormack's central role.

That's a strange stat. They've not been good behind the arc at all this year.
