What an amazing coincidence that the SEC athletic directors meet tomorrow.

Good Riddance, enjoy finishing 8th or worse in football every year.

As someone with experience in this area, what do you find is the best way to deal with finishing 8th or worse every year?

BTW, congratulations on becoming the 8th best team in the conference.

That was probably funny when Nebraska left, a little less funny when Colorado left, but now is just sad after A&M and Mizzou have left.

I still think there's a chance we are going to take KK's advice and move to Division II so that we can win more games.

duncan_idaho 10-04-2011 06:27 PM

Only reason I can see that taking as long as it did is if they discussed next steps in that meeting and reached out to some other sources.

My guess: We'll hear something out of the SEC meeting tomorrow. As long as the official vote re: Missouri goes the same way the straw poll did, Missouri gets an offer from the SEC and is gone shortly.

I'm still not 100 percent sure this is the best move, but I will support Mizzou regardless.

@DanBeebe Fake Dan Beebe
I think we've seen enough from Chuck Neinas, who is now bleeding schools at a faster rate than I ever did.
