Well, that's disappointing.

This team just plays uninspired basketball. We all watched the chiefs tinker and look less than desirable at points this season, but of course they turn it on in the playoffs as is tradition.

Can this team do that? Certainly doesn’t feel that way. Like George said I watched this movie already last year. I think the frustration is realizing Bill looks to be losing his fastball. It’s been two decades of heat so I shouldn’t complain but it’s not enjoyable to watch most of the time

It's getting tough to motivate some of these kids and it's only getting worse. Many of them are making more money than the assistant coaches.

We already know they can turn it on. They beat the most talented team in the country without their All American for the last 10+ minutes. Beat another team in the current top 10 convincingly. Beat a decent team by 50 on the road. Had Houston beaten 5 times before making dumb mental errors.

The inconsistency and weird substitution patterns are frustrating, but the team is capable of playing at a high level, and there's still plenty of time to improve.

If you'll remember, people weren't very high on the '22 team at this point in the season.
