I think Sofie is gross, It's like drinking champagne with all of that carb.
Haven't had Matilda, but I do like most of the Goose Island beers I've had.

I took what I had left to our neighborhood picnic and enjoyed it more in an outdoor, out of the bottle kind of way, but not at $10 a 6er.
