I don't know if Andy will actually do it, but Kareem and Pacheco in the backfield together might be interesting. Also, what about the both of them lined up wide or in the slot? Could be some fun gadget plays in store for the playoffs.

Kelce D-Hop Worthy Kareem Pacheco One of those two dudes on the bottom is gonna get lost in the wash and get some insane looks/opportunities. They're both good enough I expect them to exploit those for huge chunk plays. |
Interesting stat that does not tell the story but out of any RB in the league this year who has at least 100 carries Hunt has the lowest YPC.

Pacheco only had a 4 ypc average before he got hurt. |
He’s been running so hard. I know he did it to himself, but I’d love to win another Super Bowl with him as a key piece to make up for what he missed out on.

Hunt led the team with 65 yards on 7 receptions. How many times was he hit and still surged forward for 3 yards? He gets the game ball.
|
100 yards on 21 touches
Even when he's bottled up in the run game, he finds a way. |

Most rushing yards: Kareem Hunt. Most receiving yards: Kareem Hunt. This dude has a horse penis. |
He's pretty elite as a receiving RB. Wish they'd let him do that more.
|
when hunt was available after his first stint with the browns, i thought the chiefs should have picked him up. too many ego's for that to happen too soon.

AUDIO: "Good.......man!"
SUBTITLE: "Good stuff man!" Also, dude takes some big hits with resilience. Glad he's back on the team. |
We’re going to look back and say “I’m not sure we win the Super Bowl without Hunt.”.
|
I think Hunt is the MVP of the offense this season. We are no where without him IMO.
Huge respect |

with pacheco back, should we move hunt to fullback?
steele is gonna get mahomes killed. |
I just had to take a look at some numbers because the way Hunt has been playing since Pacheco has been out...
Was looking thru some numbers for Hunt and something popped out at me that I think needs a closer examination. Hunts first game the Chiefs only rushed him 14 times against the Chargers for 69 yards as kind of a warm up. The next 4 games Hunt was rushed 27, 22, 21 and 27 times. Then suddenly the last three games he has only gotten 14, 14 and 16 attempts. Why the sudden drop in carries? Thoughts? |

Just so long as we're ready to shoulder the load of 40 rushing attempts when we meet the Bills in the playoffs.

But he’s averaging 4.3 ypc the last 2 games. Definitely evidence he’s more effective with fewer carries. |

No matter what happens with how Pacheco and Hunt split the load, Hunt absolutely must be our short yardage back. The guy almost never gets tackled for a loss, and just seems to squeak out that 1 extra yard needed for the first down.

1 stop left on the Kareem Hunt redemption tour.
“The next morning [after Pop’s injury], his agent, Dan Saffron, suggested Hunt text the Chiefs to let them know he was available. Hunt’s text messages to Reid and Mahomes were simple and to the point: I’ve been grinding, man. I’m hungry. I want to come help y’all. Two hours later, Reid, after talking to Veach and Mahomes, told Hunt to pack his bags for a tryout workout. Hunt accomplished two objectives the next day: He showed he was healthy and athletic and he demonstrated the appropriate accountability for his mistakes when he met with Reid and Veach. “The kid has grown and learned and he’s so grateful to be here and we’re so grateful to have him,” Veach said of Hunt. “It’s really a blessing for this to come full circle. To see the way he’s grown and developed as a person, both on and off the field, is great. I’m so happy for him, and he’s been so, so critical to our success. “He’s a phenomenal player and I’m just blessed that it worked out.” |
