I told anybody that would listen for weeks that New England was being overrated due to their schedule. They don't have any control over that, obviously, but their record and their rankings were, I thought, completely a product of playing a half season string of really, really bad teams. And I believe the last month has proven that true.
If we lose, it's because our coaching staff is overmatched. The Chiefs are a better team, roster versus roster. But I fully expect expect they'll just have Brady hand the ball off until we show we can stop them from running over us. And Spags was brought in specifically to beat this team. If we can't stop them on third down again, like in the AFCCG,.it was all for naught. I just don't know if this team in KC can put together a solid 4 quarter effort against a quality team. I've seen way too many games under Reid where they either start hot and then call on their face in the 2nd half, or start cold and then have to go batshit crazy late to get back into it. |
How about the situational football improvements on D this year?
2019 to date: - 12th RZ % - 14th in 3rd down % - 16th in PPG allowed 2018: - 31st in RZ % - 24th in 3rd down % - 24th in PPG allowed |

Ya'll notice that Hardman has barely touched the ball lately?
Oh yeah. Andy's going in dry. This will be his magnum opus. |

It’s even more tough considering we have to go to their house both times. |
I think the whole "don't show this, don't show that" thing is overblown.
Go unload the gun, then do it again. See what happens. |

As a fan I think I'm just going to go all in and hope we kill them. Might make it harder to win in January but what the hell. Enjoy the great games when you can. |

they have like 15 inches of snow there currently - probably will be colder than it was on Sunday as well. Just a thought - doesn't necessarily mean anything.
Also nice job Clay. an eye for an eye. |
