Skinsbra was a character in the vein of a fan on a redskins board named "bengals_Rule" I think and posted very much like that.

Skinsbra and all the other incarnations was a mult of a talented regular.

Y'all really don't know who Skinbra was? If not I won't be the one to spill the beans. They're not around much anymore though. And it was before my time so I'm not implicating myself. Iowanian should've been top 25-30 at worst. Top 15 at best.
