Single barrel is about $40-45. It’s the barrel proof of theirs that runs $60-70.

Added three more to the stockpile yesterday. This concludes my stimulus spending.

I was dumbfounded to find the Little Book Chapter 3 sitting on the shelf as it’s the 2019 release.

Dipped into the Rare Breed Rye last night. It’s very good

Real big on the oak on first sip. Past that, get a little vanilla, cinnamon, then a big finish of spicy from the rye. Fairly smooth for the proof. Pretty damn good for the $50 price(brief search last night showed a avg of 60)

Off Color Brewing here in Chicago did something cool. They handpicked a Russell's Reserve single barrel, then aged a beer (Flemish) in the dumped barrel and a year later sold the bourbon and the beer as a package.

Picked it up today.

Anyone interested in a Weller Full Proof? Won't ever find it on a shelf, but I bought from a barrel pick about a year ago in Charleston, SC. Paid $500, would sell for $450.
