It’s like when you’re a kid in an ice cream shop. You’re gonna be happy with what you get 99% of the time unless it’s some crap flavor like green tea or rum raisin.

Yeah, I think I'd be excited about any one of like 20 different WRs. Really, it's whoever we pick.

I'm scared to even put this out into the universe in fear it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy, but man, could you imagine if we missed the open layup this year!? lol Holy ****! There would be meltdown rants on CP for years!

I could see a ridiculous amount of WRs going in the 2nd.

Somebody will fall.

Walker, Baker, McMillan, Burton, Corley, etc. all of those guys can't go in the 2nd.

Just sign Hunter Renfrow to a cheap prove it deal.

Draft OT in the 1st round to protect our savior and go WR in the 2nd round.

We can always move up in the 2nd round if needed, Veach has done it a couple times already.

I like Renfrow as cheap vet, absolutely!

Would you pick have Brian Thomas Jr or Xavier Worthy at #32?

Curious.

I'd cum for both of them lol. Probably Thomas and that's only because of how small Worthy is.

Thomas Jr. but he's not making it outside of the top 20-25 picks.

I love Worthy as much as anyone but I would take BTJ in this scenario...

Man. Would it be reasonable for Veach to go WR 1 & 2?

There are going to be some great guys available at pick #32 due to how deep it is, and then I think there's gonna be a run on other positions in round 2, and then we'll still have some great options if we want to move up to the middle of round 2 or even if we stay put.

I don't think It would but how long can you kick the LT thing down the road is the question. I could be talked into D. Smith/Morris for this year in an attempt to maximize what Kelce has left and hedge your bets for his retirement. But when I run mocks I always come away somewhat unsatisfied if I don't take tackle in R1.

The more I think about it I think it makes more sense to double dip later. Maybe a Roman Wilson/Pearsall in the second and then double dip in the Brennan Rice area. There's a few names later that I like and would like paired with a Pearsall/Corley type. Similar to our Watson/Williams CB draft. Take the higher ceiling guy you like then grab a high floor type too.
