I watched it last night, good movie, worth a watch

I saw the Intern recently.

Better than I expected, although my expectations were really low. I'm not a Hathaway fan (although I'd like her to sit on my face) and DeNiro has laid some eggs recently.

It should be noted that I'm a business junkie, so the dynamics of the company, as unrealistic as they were, held some interest.

Hathaway did a far better job than I thought she would. DeNiro was endearing. The story wasn't too damn shallow.

Not great, but worth a look.

DeNiro really, really needs to hang it up...

Good Lord, Free State of Jones was tough to watch. Like, nearly as tough to get through as 12 Years a Slave.

I've got to stop watching movies like that.

Haven't seen Free State of Jones yet but I hear you on 12 Years a Slave. That director of 12 years, Steve McQeen (the director not the actor), is good at making movies like that. Hunger was another of his that was hard to watch. Its about this IRA member, Bobby Sands, that killed himself on hunger strike in prison in the 80's. Brutal. Guy likes making movies that are hard to watch.

Gave me an appreciation for Fassbender. There's like a 20 min long convo in one cut.

finally saw 42 last week. it was glorious and repulsive, beautiful and hideous.

Both of those look kick ass. Guardians is one of my all time favorites.

I don't really like science fiction movies, but loved Arrival. I think it was my favorite movie of 2016.

Oh I am so ****ing in. This looks awesome. Again.

I thought Get Out was so good.
