Is this a mind games thing? Or are they legit that weak?

PGB has said once, maybe twice that they are soft. Might be on to something.

This DB pipeline is crazy. Whats even crazier is we have a guy playing so good we dont know if we should sign him or trust the pipeline. God its good to be a Chiefs fan right now.

And people forget how good Nick Jones was before injury. I fully expect him to push for a lot of playing time next year.

Yeah, Simms has been going a little too far. On his show with Florio, he kept saying that no football person thinks the 49ers will win. Then he asked the crowd "does anybody here think the 49ers will win?" I think he was a little sauced too.

What a weird turnaround. From hearing all year that KC sucks and the 49ers are unstoppable, to almost the opposite.

They talked about how they had been drinking.

Simms is riding hard on this on their best days the 49ers are better than the Chiefs but the 49ers haven't been their best since before Christmas.

Nick Wright predicted 31-13 Chiefs

TD more than what I had. I might meet him in the middle and say 31-16

I do hope we run the score up and not hold back

I felt like vs baltimore we shut it down to not put anything else on tape

Yeah - this seems a pretty distinct possibility.

Because again, I think the RDE is mostly just getting thrown to the wolves to get chewed up by Williams. So they may put Chenal out there to absorb some contact and maybe attempt to deliver a blow or two in the process. Probably wouldn't hurt.

No one had this team dropping 38 points last February.

Andy's dumping his entire load for the dynasty.

The real difference in the EPA stats between regular season and post-season for the Chiefs have been turnovers and especially Mahomes finding his mid-deep game again. Mahomes ranked dead last with the deep ball during the season but has turned that around to become one of the best in the playoffs.

If we can connect on deeper throws while protecting the ball we win. I'm really hoping the defense is able to pitch a masterpiece, take the lead, and break Brock Purdy in two.

Regression to the mean, fellas. It was always going to happen.

Guys don't just keep dropping 20% of the passes sent their way. They don't get this far if they do. These guys were going to play to their career norms and all of them were well below that.

Here's hoping there's one more week of regression left in the beast.
