Anyway, my condolences. Must be tough for you to watch this team win a Super Bowl :(

LMAO

What a miserable ****.

Looks like both teams benefited from this trade.

Without Hill, Miami was a 6 or 7 win team at best.

Yup. Worked out well for the Chiefs, Dolphins, and Hill.

HAs a team ever traded a player as impactful as Tyreek and then won the SB the next year?

I mean, it's ****ing mind-boggling how Mahomes and Andy are this good.

Hill got his money and gets to be the center of attention in Miami.

Chiefs got a Super Bowl and a youth infusion.

Win win, of sorts.

Can't think of any off the top of my head but the Patriots probably did it at some point in their run.

It's a remarkable feat.

Turns out all of the homers here predicting that Mahomes would get better after jettisoning Tyreek weren't actually homers at all.

It brings to mind the Herschel Walker trade in the sense of trading away a top level player and the team being better for it, but that situation was pretty different. There's no out-and-out loser in this trade.

So the Chiefs traded Tyreek, still won the SB, and are now set up MUCH better long term because of it.

Mauling O-Line, and we couldn't get EB/Reid to run the ball with the 'Gals dropping 25 into coverage. And out last best hope for anything other than scrambling and chucking was Reid remembering how well 'Reek ran jet sweeps.

IF EVERYTHING GOES WELL, we'll be in great shape at some point, but every team in a parity league can say that.

This is a complete guess, but given his absence this entire time, I feel like he was setting up for a repressed anger I told you so meltdown that would have made his first meltdown look tame, just to watch them win another Super Bowl.

Dude could have just said "I was wrong" back when they made the AFCCG for the first time in 30 years or won a SB for the first time in 50... but if those events weren't enough, I'm not sure anything will be.

It's hard to assume he's really a Chiefs fan at this point and not a Patriots troll or something, but I really can't imagine waiting decades for this kind of success and then being so ****ing angry about it because it doesn't jive with how you think football games should be won.
