Maybe we're supposed to send him messages about massages?

OK, I couldn't help but google Spotted Dick....

Heinz Spotted Dick Pudding 10 oz (285g) Tin, imported from England. This is a traditional British sponge pudding made with golden syrup, suet and raisins. Best served hot with custard.

Eh, the closest I'll ever come to skiing is watching it on TV. I have, however, had a massage or message (whatever it's called) and I think I would enjoy that a lot better then skiing. :D

Here's a review of Spotted Dick:

Americans eat Spotted Dick
August 05, 2006
Reviewer:Kelly Reinlasoder

For a dessert item that sounds like a problem that would cause you to rush to the Doctor for treatment Spotted Dick was pretty good. We purchased the 10.7oz Heinz can and tried it one night while playing gin rummy. First it was suprising that it could be heated in the can (unopened) with a pan of boiling water. When we opened the can the aroma that wafted out was tantalizing. This "pudding" which is more like a cake was very tasty and had all the right ingredients. My wife would have preferred nuts over raisins but everything else was great. There was a taste of cinnamon, nutmeg and what seemed like pumpkin pie spices. The product came out of the can very easy and was enjoyed by all.
We will definitly purchase this again and may even send some as gifts to family members over Christmas.
Thank you

I ordered the Heinz Spotted Dick in the tin, but I received the Aunty’s Spotted Dick. It probably doesn’t make any difference, but I would have liked to try the Heinz. The other Aunty’s product I ordered was good.

My crashes are probably tv worthy. But I try to limit those - because of the recovery time.

Message could be our new code word for massage and we could work it into other threads to see how long it takes to catch on. :D

Spotted Dick is a steamed suet pudding containing dried fruit, usually currants. The dessert is especially popular in the United Kingdom, usually served either with custard or with butter and brown sugar. Spotted refers to the currants (which resemble spots), and Dick is a corruption of the word dough.

So, I was in the local supermarket the other day and my spouse, who knows how much I love teh funny, picks up a can and goes, "Here, you'll like this." This is what she hands me:

http://static.dossy.org/images/heinz...ck_192x144.jpg
I quickly put it back on the shelf, whipped out my camera phone, and took a quick snap.

Yes, that does say "Spotted Dick." It's a can of Heinz Spotted Dick Sponge Pudding. Those are just five words that don't belong in a sentence with that kind of proximity. Apparently people eat Dick and like it, when it's Spotted. Ahh, those strange Brits are just so queer.

If it led back to infancy, then yes, growing old, fat, and lazy is still better.
