Not to worry, Rodgers will step in and get a deal done.

Figures.

I was thinking about the Chiefs on my drive in this morning, particularly the Clark situation.

My assumption is that our top FA target will be a DE. Frank Clark will get dumped the moment the Chiefs have locked up his replacement. Berry/Mathieu transition all over again.

The fact that Chiefs have been rumored around some cheap vet F/A's is more evidence, imo, that their prize target is a DE.

Too much.

I'll take Duke Johnson at less than 2.

He want's to play in Vegas

@AdamSchefter: One more free-agent WR now available: Browns are releasing WR Jarvis Landry, per source.

Amari Cooper arriving, Landry departing.

To be fair, I'm responding to someone who wants to sign Eric Fisher and move Orlando Brown to RT.

Well damn. Really wanted him but that’s a tick rich (structure depending)

Figured $3-4 million would get it done.

Rosenhaus having a good day. A couple deals with some nice terms.

Everybody better prepare for a bunch of bargain bin signings.

We aren’t going to make a lot of noise early this year.

And that’s fine. Veach’s best moves have been bargain bin moves.

The difference is that I think you can give Edmonds 150-200 carries and really get some nice production.

Johnson's almost purely a pass-catching back.

Edmonds presented some real Damien Williams potential, IMO. Johnson is mostly a situational use guy.

I'm fine with bargain bin veterans on D line. It's my preference.

Wylie was plenty good. And I suspect the unfortunate truth is that the market will reflect that and we'll get a lesser performance at the position next year than we got last year.

Too many people never forgave him for his performance in the SB. But as a RT last year, he was damn solid. In fact he had a better year than Eric Fisher and by a fair amount. Yes, Fisher got better as the season went on, but so did Wylie. And Wylie didn't start like a bag of dicks like Fisher did.

EXACTLY
