bahahahaah. Whiners message board literally complaining that Brock Purdy didn't win Comeback Player of the Year.

Just got my tickets.

We have never lost when I bought tickets to the game (though food poisoning kept me from going last year).

I love other fan bases melting down over such things. Some Bills fan made a two hour video about why Josh Allen deserves to at least get an MVP if he’s never going to win a championship as long as Mahomes is around.

Just make a Drew Brees Award.

Not the MVP but gosh darn it he’s such nice young man who tried hard!

49ers triggered by a fire alarm.

Vaginal team.

McCaffrey, Bosa 'not happy' after 6 a.m. fire alarm pull at 49ers hotel

Seven minutes before George Kittle's 6:10 a.m. alarm was set to go off, he and the rest of his San Francisco 49ers teammates were jarred awake by something else: the fire alarm at the team's hotel on the outskirts of Las Vegas.

Kittle jumped out of bed, walked into his bathroom, closed the door and waited there for the next 18 minutes until the noise stopped. Nobody was forced to evacuate as engineers at the hotel said it was a false alarm.

But not every Niner was quite as nonplussed by the disturbance as Kittle. When he walked down to breakfast, he took an informal poll among his teammates to see who was the grumpiest because of the early wake-up call.

The answer: a tie between running back Christian McCaffrey and defensive end Nick Bosa, both of whom are notorious in San Francisco's locker room for their devotion to routine.

"It had to be them," Kittle said. "You don't want to wake the sleeping bear. But Christian was not happy, too."

2 years ago I found myself in KC coincidentally staying at the Raider’s team hotel. It was tempting, believe me.

FlaChief58 02-09-2024 07:09 AM

I can hear it now... "we lost because we missed out on 7 minutes of sleep on Thursday morning" :deevee:

Boy Shanahan does not look like he's having fun. He just looks sad and he's agreed like a president since SBLIV.

Mosbonian 02-09-2024 07:20 AM

Just how many things have the 49er's complained about leading up to the Super Bowl? I don't think I have seen so much whining before the game...

Really makes it look like they are making excuses in case they lose.

DrunkBassGuitar 02-09-2024 07:24 AM

I mean yeah a fire alarm sucks but it's a hotel lol it happens, some dumbass leaves toast in the toaster too long and it sets off the alarm that's life bitch deal with it

RealSNR 02-09-2024 07:35 AM

You know how early Andy Reid wakes up! It was probably him!

UChieffyBugger 02-09-2024 07:48 AM

Chris Simms, who is a well known bestie of Kyle Shanahan and picked the Niners to beat KC in the superbowl before the season started, just picked KC to win. He picked against us against Buffalo and the Ravens so I think he might be hoping for a reverse jinx or something. But he said he looks at both teams and the tape, and he had to be honest about what he was seeing. He was talking like KC are levels above the niners!!...

It's getting a little crazy how many people are picking us to win tbh but at least the bookies still have us as underdogs to balance things out

Edit: Dan Orlovsky's interview with Dan Patrick is also worth watching. He's backing kc BIG in this game.

He threw a handful of leftover nuggies into the toaster oven and zoned out thinking about a goal line play that will turn the world on it’s ear!
