Going with a shelf for now, since we are moving soon, buying a new house. Then after we move I will build myself a cart or cabinet with a lockable part to keep kids out

No worries. Was at my Fry's tonight and saw a 1792 display.

No Full Proof, mostly Small Batch.

But there were a few bottles of Bottled in Bond, which I snatched up. I think I like it more than Full Proof.

Save some money for Park Plaza Liquor and Deli in Prescott. It will blow your mind if you haven't been there. I think they were shipping in AZ too for a flat $10. Might want to check out their website.

Wife is going to set up a blind tasting for me and my dad today. It's always pretty amazing to see what you can pick out and what you really like without knowing the pour.

1. Knob Creek barrel pick
2. Rare Breed (best easily available bourbon you can find IMO)
3. Michter's toasted rye
4. Infinity bottle
