I'm new to the grass fed thing, grandparents give all the grandkids a butchered cow for Christmas every year however we want it divided meat wise.

They tried a solely grass fed style this year with mine and a cousins. We shall see

Good question. I don't get out often enough for Que to give you a thorough answer. There is a new joint down by Westport called 39Q that is supposedly pretty damn yummy. It's on the list to try....
