He doesn't, but I feel like Choate walks 13 batters per 9.

kcpasco 10-12-2014 08:28 PM

Nice pitching Choate

I agree with this. The Royals are hot. They are making things happen on the field. San Fran is not a hot team. They are just doing whatever it takes to win.

To pinch hit.

Except he can't now because dipshit won't use his backup catcher. That's why you leave Cruz on the bench. He is slightly better than aj defensively but light years worse offensively.

Doing whatever it takes to win has nothing to do with it. There isn't some kind of mind-melding that allows for you to will a ball fair or out of a defender's glove.

Read the thread, dipshit. Not more than one page ago I was talking about luck and the 2006 team.

Or a lefty with terrible splits against lefties hitting a 3 run shot against the best lefty of our generation to win a postseason series. No luck at all. You know, since Kershaw didn't give up a HR to a lefty on his breaking ball the entire year. Nellie Cruz playing Chris Duncan defense in RF in game 6 of a WS. No luck.

'Hamas' Jenkins 10-12-2014 08:31 PM

Tony Mother****ing Cruz, Ladies and Gents.

kcpasco 10-12-2014 08:31 PM

Nice catching Cruz

Captain Obvious 10-12-2014 08:32 PM

Yadi would have caught that.

If I am AJ, I punch Matheny in the face and leave the stadium.

I agree. You gain nothing defensively but lose 100 points on the BA. Stupid move.

Did Adams execute on the pitch? He hit it on the barrel. That's a little different than shattering your bat and having a ball drop in the Bermuda Triangle on 3-2 2 outs.

kcpasco 10-12-2014 08:33 PM

Broken bat hit. LOL

Hootie 10-12-2014 08:34 PM

I'm lucky I wasn't raised in St Louis. I'd hate to hate myself anymore than I already do. If I was a Cardinals fan and acted like the typical Cardinals fan...I'd have to kick my own ass
