I don't find Aerosmith to be catchy, and I've never gotten past Steven Tyler's voice. I don't think you can like a band if you don't like the singer's voice. I'd put Bob Dylan in that category as well.

I haven't been there yet... I'm still a relatively new skier. I went once in '89 and managed to crack my hip. Tried again in '90 a few times but couldn't get over the fear of going out of control. Then in '04 a large group from the squadron went to Big Sky (Montana) and off I went with them to hold unofficial "ESPN Agony of Defeat" video tryouts. LOL I was awful - but avoided serious injury and had a good time. So I went back in '05 and added a couple trips to the local ski slopes & one to Snowy Range.

I've gone ALOT this season so far and most people can't believe that I really started last season. :D

I just remember grandma and my mom talking about it when I was younger...

I also remember saying something to mom about it here awhile back... She said it was him for sure...

We used to jam on GNR, LA Guns and Faster Pussycat years before anyone knew them.

I've only had one ankle surgery... but have RA, Raynaulds and not the greatest knees (the highly trained military docs say that they are "high mileage and they have AIR on them" :rolleyes: ). So I'm all about speed control and being able to stop (withOUT crashing lol) .

The way I feel right now ---- I wouldn't feel it......

I had to have my ligaments reattached to my ankle - walking around (and playing war games) on a broken ankle for 7 months is NOT recommended. What can I say....:shrug: I thought I had sprained it, but instead had busted a piece completely off and it lodged in between my ankle and foot (oops).

And if you felt differently, you would feel it?

Yeah.. :( it got ugly when I would be walking/running along and my damn ankle would collapse over on it's side - BAM!! I would hit the damn ground. Rehab was a bitch too.

oh yeah - I wouldn't recommend trying to learn to cross country ski on a break like that either.
