There is no liability to Austin. He's not responsible for posts on his site. Get out of jail free card is given to all social media sites.

The only way Austin can get in trouble is being told by the police(not a user) that this is a real threat and doesn't remove it and something happens.

But not really. Media still pretends the other teams are equal or better than Chiefs, despite results on the field the last 5 years.
