We were going into half at least up 13-7 but that penalty could put us down 14-13 if they score a touchdown here. Just an unacceptable penalty right there. Hopefully we can keep them from scoring, then get the ball to start the second half.

I also don't understand why Andy punted from the 40? Most teams either kick a FG or take a delay of game penalty to give the punter more room. Hence, you avoid a 20 yard net punt.

I don't think that I can remember ever seeing a 12 men on the field penalty on a return. How does that happen?? You have a unit go out on the field together. There should never be an extra man. Ever
