The goal each workout is to not let my BP raise more than 15 points more than my pre-workout measurement....

All.....this will probably be my last post on this thread.....just wanted to let you know.
My progress is steady and I am sticking to my Rehab orders like I should. I just don't want to tire people out seeing my posts.....so rather than make this a continual thread, I will, from time to time, give everyone updates via PM's.... No one likes to read about health issues.....because it reminds them of their own mortality . For those interested....this is actually World Health Day......the perfect time to make sure you are living the life you need to, so that you can watch Patrick Mahomes win his 8th Super Trophy and MVP of the Super Bowl! |
