Id still like to have Ramsey but Howard has zero character concerns, his contract will be cheaper and I would imagine the draft compensation to be similar.
If we lose out on Ramsey, I would be all over this guy!

This.

Time to put some posts in this thread again!

If Ramsey is out, this would be my next target. As stated, hes very good, contract is done and no off field BS!!

Hoover 10-03-2019 07:38 AM

This should have always been the target.

Hell, I know he just signed, but he's going to be wasted during the Dolphins rebuild. Also, since they will be drafting high, our low draft position should be less of a problem for them.

Can someone explain why you think this is even a remote possibility with the fact that he just signed a contract? Wouldn't the Dolphins be on the hook for his SB? Or is there something I don't know about?

They would but when you are fire selling things change, they are also going to be so far under the cap some of those moves could help them not have to spend money to be at the floor.

With them anything is possible because they're tanking on purpose.

They could have pick 32 and 33

I think the money is the least of the Dolphins concerns, they have the ability to absorb that type of hit because they are rebuilding. Part of me wonders if we offered a 3rd rounder in this up coming draft and then our 1st in 2021 if that would be more appealing. Getting multiple first round picks in multiple drafts would help their rebuild more than adding another 1st rounder this year.

I’d be fine with a 2 this year and a 1 next year for XH.

He plays sound and is a ball hawk

O.city 10-03-2019 08:22 AM

He's not for sale. If he were, they'd have moved him.

Move on.

The Franchise 10-03-2019 09:12 AM

Not happening.

raybec 4 10-03-2019 10:09 AM

Maybe the Rams will take a 5th for Aaron Donald!! That's just about as likely as the Phins trading Howard to us for a late 1.

Pasta Little Brioni 10-03-2019 10:40 AM

They aren't ****ing trading him for a late first and late 2nd JFC

Dunerdr 10-03-2019 01:17 PM

how is wiliam jackson not being talked about with cincy in full tank mode? theyre likely gonna want to retool that roster and a few picks would go a long way.
