And yet another piece of information you have wrong. Do yourself a favor and actually read the comments from the source you are using to supposedly back-up your argument:
From Clark Hunt's press conference on 12/15:
http://www.kcchiefs.com/news/2008/12...clark_hunt_pc/
“ I don’t have a specific timetable although I want to move as quickly as possible. Part of the impetus for making the announcement today is so that I can get out there and get the interviewing process underway. There will be a couple of other teams who will be looking for a general manager and I want to be sure that I don’t get behind them."
" we both jointly decided that the best interests of the club were served if he stepped down at this point to allow me the opportunity to get the search going right away for the new GM."
" It’s imperative that I get the search for the new GM underway right away given that there are going to be other teams out there also looking for GM’s as well."
" I want to move as quickly as possible to get the new GM on board"
Now how are any of those comments (from the mouth of Clark Hunt) consistent with your claim that Clark wants to "take his time" hiring a GM and therefore doesn't have a #1 target yet?

For **** sake.
He IS moving as quickly as possible.
He CAN'T interview people that work for teams that are playing this weekend.
He has an interview set up with your man-crush, Pioli.
Use that tiny ****ing brain of yours and think things through. He doesn't have the ability to interview WHO HE WANTS.
Just because that isn't who YOU want isn't HIS ****ing problem.
Thomas Dimitroff wasn't hired by Atlanta until January ****ing 12th last year. How did that work out for them?
