Apparently, the PGA's chatroom has turned into Thunderdome. The announcers keep begging the participants to watch their language.

I'd rather play in 100 degree heat, than 45 degree weather. And I'd rather play in 45-50 degree weather than 30 mph wind. You can bomb the shit out of the ball in 100 degree heat w/ high relative humidity.

FWIW, Mickelson has gone from 35th to 65th in putting since last year.

I walk most of the time depending on the course. If there are long walks between holes then I cart it. But I've always played my best golf in scorching heat for some reason even though it sucks to play in.

Found a new 52* Ping Tour Gap Wedge for 70 bones today.

Should be interesting to see how the leaderboard morphs over the next 2.5 hours with the wind kicking up.

Are there going to be guys playing 36 holes tomorrow? I see that alot of them are just now starting to tee off.

Last tee time is 6:25. I figure at best they'll get 7 or 8 in, then finish up in the morning.

This is headed for a Monday finish. With a lot of rain forecasted for tomorrow, you are probably looking at the leaders needing to get in 30 holes on Sunday.

I think they'll be alright. Looks like it's going to rain tonight then peter out in the morning and sunny in the afternoon.

Alot of young guns in the game right now. Definitely seeing a changing of the guard.
