Huh. The only pothead I knew that was thin also hit acid. He probably did more acid than pot, so calling him a pothead is probably a misuse of the term.

I don't know about the first one, he was already down, but the others shouting "he was only skating" are bordering on starting a riot situation, so disorderly conduct is a given. Hey orders them all to do anything at that point (I need all of you over here, sit down, etc) and it's failure to comply with an investigation, or even evading arrest (should the officer decide he was arresting them, which it seems he was) so the girl in question was being arrested for disorderly conduct, she ran, it's evading. He grabs her and the other guy grabs the cop, its now assault on a police officer, end of story, felony in Texas.
