Probably not fixing a throwing motion in the NFL. Far too many years of muscle memory built up, and the game is too fast and complicated. Too easy to revert back.

Not necessarily. If Clark hires a veteran coach and he convinces him nobody is worth that pick but he can get a veteran QB for a stop gap and draft one next season.....

The board hasn't been all in on a QB ever, IIRC. Only time it's gotten close is when it's sure we can't draft him.
