Pioli just used Clark
to get Sippio's cell phone #

I've been following all this. I also follow the Shanahan change at some distance in Denver. All I can say is, if we had a legitimate strong chance to bring to Pioli to KC and we blow it, and he winds up in Denver, I'm going to be really frustrated.

I do think that if this goes on past Tuesday, that there is no way he is coming here.

It would be the ultimate kick in the nuts if it took him about half the time to sign with Denver.

Anyone hear this?

I'm almost ready to guarantee that Pioli will not be our next GM. Hello Baltimore Ravens dude/James "Jimmy" Raye III!

Agreed and if that happens then I am up for Polian or Decosta.

I will seriously do it if that happens.

I'll believe it when I see it. A lot of what appears could mean a lot of things.

I'm more up for Decosta. Polian I am not so sure about the more I read about and think about him...

I all but guaranteed he wouldn't be our gm a couple weeks ago, but it was still hard not to get my hopes up.

Hopefully this latest is Pioli's agent doing some public negotiating.

Although if he's asking so much that nobody in the league will bite, maybe it's not a huge mistake to go another direction.

Decosta is my 2nd choice if Pioli doesn't come here too
