Don’t waste the Mahomes cheap years rebuilding

While I agree with this, I don't think its wise to spend a bunch of FA money under the belief that we are contending for a championship with a 22 year old QB with one game under his belt.

Chiefs trainer Allen Wright responded and said that Bailey is just remodeling. False alarm.

Only thing that makes sense, honestly. No way Bailey thinks that he’s on this team long term.

Or Odell

You better hope it's not Odell. If it is, I'm going to rape you.

I’ve always really liked Allen Bailey, but his cap hit has reached the point where it just simply won’t match his production. He’s had injury issues too.

That extra $6M in cap space this year could be used on a big time player or a couple of mid-tier guys, assuming the contract is backloaded.

Unless he will take a pay cut, I’d move on as soon as a replacement is found.

If we're going after a WR, I'd rather spend the money on a proven playmaker like Robinson or Watkins.

On another note - people want Suh here after we just traded Peters for being an asshole?

LMAO

Paul Richardson reminds me a lot of Emmanuel Sanders when he was a FA. Both had very similar #’s and somewhat of a “breakout” season, but just like Sanders then, it’s clear that Richardson is still ascending and his best days are ahead of him. Mahomes throwing to him and Hill would really have DC’s shitting their pants.

Out of all the FA WR’s he has the best chance to live up to the deal he gets.

That’s how the Seahawks or Eagles approached it, and look what it got them...

Bailey has value and anyone who watched the Eagles, Patriots, Texans and Chargers game could see it. Biggest problem for him was that he was usually on Zombo’s side which meant no 1X1’s bc Zombo sucks ass.

The Chiefs need to keep this guy for 1 more year bc he does have value. I was hoping he would restructure, but it’s not a major concern as we’ll have enough cash.

Have you considered selling used cars?

According to their metrics, Allen Robinson's market value AAV is $13M a season, Watkins is listed at $5.9M and Richardson at $6.3M.

I’ll shit myself if Watkins only gets $5.9 million a season.

Trim it. Just - trim it.

That dude drives me nuts sometimes. His take on the Peters situation was hard to listen to.

No shit, Dunerdr.

If Paul Richardson was anything resembling Sanders, SEA wouldn't be letting him to the market.

Robinson and Watkins have both proven to be elite talents/gamebreakers when healthy. Robinson is in no way in that category.

In58men 03-11-2018 10:35 AM

I enjoy both of them, solid guys.
