They have lost DT McCoy for the season

Carr was widely criticized due to an earlier picture of him crying during week 6 against the Seahawks. it allegedly created a vacuum of leadership in the locker room. It’s difficult to keep track of all the instances of Carr’s crying on the field. |

Meh. I'll excuse that one. They actually were dark horse contenders that season IIRC and that happened late December. That's got to be heartbreaking.

Carr took the Squeelers to the woodshed.
Two "elite" Ds, two huge performances by Carr. D looked good as well. |

Raiders are 2-0 with wins against 2 historically strong teams. I’m not convinced they are as strong as they have been but wins are wins. Good game. Now Miami…..

Raiders are playing well, and they seem to have an edge to them. From a purely football fan perspective it’s more fun when both the Chiefs and Raiders are competitive. They are a pretty good football team, and to say otherwise is nonsense...however, while I respect them I will forever hate them.
Dungver on the other hand can burn in a fiery soup for eternity. They eat shit and can suck a fat baby’s dick. |

Also. **** the faid. They got lucky against the ravens and beat up on an over the hill rapist. Call me when they do something impressive.

I will forever hate the faid with every ounce of my soul. **** you, you ****ing ****s

The Raiders are a good team. But they’ve beat two fundamentally defective teams (defective in different ways, but defective nonetheless).

The Raiders aren't going to taken seriously until they start winning late in the season. Eye test says their defense is much improved. |
Carr has been phenomenal.

We all know he's gonna crumble mentally and possibly physically sometime soon. Maybe he's got another month of good play in him but turds always sink to the bottom of the bowl..

One game at a time, gimme a top 15 defense and we will win games because we are gonna score.
The only part of Carrs game is how he would crumble under intense pressure and not take off and run when it's safe. Never had a problem with Carrs arm or Accuracy. We had a shitbag defense last year and beat KC and should have won in LV but none the less we took KC to the limit both games. Ball control long drives (which we can do) and make KC punt 3 times and they can be beat. PM is Amazing, but not unbeatable. The heel for KC appears to be that D. |
Haha. Raiders fans put together a winning record in September and forget they are the Raiders. Makes for a much more fun season watching the collapse. To be fair I think this is the latest they’ve carried a winning record into the season since Facebook became a thing so I could see why they are a bit delusional and excited.

Here comes the narrative that the ‘Raiders are back’ and Mark Davis is an NFL ‘power broker’ instead of a punchline.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">On <a href="https://twitter.com/HBO?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@HBO</a>'s Real Sports tonight, the great <a href="https://twitter.com/Andrea_Kremer?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@Andrea_Kremer</a> sits down with Raiders’ owner Mark Davis. <a href="https://t.co/pVkUuRpwRA">pic.twitter.com/pVkUuRpwRA</a></p>— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) <a href="https://twitter.com/AdamSchefter/status/1440310265875079183?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">September 21, 2021</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> |
Mark Davis did pretty well by his team, despite his reputation as a flunky.
Swank new stadium in a city that is super easy to travel to from anywhere. Dude tripled the value of his franchise. |
Yeah really, the goof did what his dad was never able to achieve.

Their stadium is easily top 3 in the league now. Hate all those over designed monstrosities like the Vikings and Rams/Chargers.

Yeah, Mark's style choices boggle the mind. Last I heard he was still driving a 10+ year old minivan as well. :doh!: Quote:

I was looking at their upcoming schedule and it's a bit concerning. I hope they truly are the same ol' Raiders due for their midseason collapse because it is pretty light.
Over the next 7 weeks they've got the Dolphins, Chargers, Bears, Broncos, Eagles, and Giants before they play us, plus they've got a bye in there. Outside of divisional games, their only true test left on the schedule is the Browns and that isn't until December. |
Raiders vs the Dolphins is fun to watch.

Fish playing good D, Will have to see if we can dial up the right combination. Our O line sucks and the running game is not working. |
RAAAAAIIIIIIIDERS!!!
|
Barely got by a Brissett-led MIA team. Actually had to go to OT. |
One thing that pisses me off is that the Raiders have had a great OL. This offseason they got rid of their best OL as well as another starter or two and their OL is still really good.
Meanwhile we had like 14 different OL configurations last season and replaced all five starters over the offseason- whole time our line is garbage. |
And, yeah, Raiders look decent. I mentioned it the other day but their schedule is pretty light.
That said, these 3 wins aren't all that impressive. The Steelers and Dolphins aren't good and they barely beat the Ravens. The most concerning thing is that they're finding ways to win these games they typically lose. We've still gotta play them twice so they'll have to earn the division title. |
Raiders look good but Gruden is still the Achilles heal of the team. There was no reason the end of the game should’ve been that close, other than Gruden playing soft.
|
Carr 1203 yards in 3 games

Quote:
Heck is a slightly avg Oline coach at best. Our mobile quarterbacks have saved his ass many times. |
Taken to OT by a backup QB at home....not good
|
It's gonna be funny when the Raiders miss the playoffs

Long season, Faider fans.
Get your shit talking in while you can because we all know where things will ultimately end up. You and Donk fans enjoy your moment. Point and laugh at the Chiefs for being 1-2, while you all both sit 3-0. We have two games with both you the second half of the year. Until then, enjoy. We all know how this ends. |
