I feel for you guys and vertigo.....that has to be just frustrating as hell...
My first session had some interesting exercises.... See how many times I can stand up and sit down without using my hands in a 30 second period Walk 6 minutes at a normal pace and then have your BP measured to see how it elevates See how long I last on an EllipseFit style machine before my legs get tired How many times can I lift 15 lbs to my chest from my waist before getting tired... I had cool down periods between each item......and my BP was measured each time. |

Did you do real pushups like we did in hs gym class and boot camp or just from the knee up? I doubt if I could do 2 of the real ones like when we were young. |
I did real pushups....I think my pride would not have let me do the knees up kind.

I felt the soreness today...I am sure that will eventually go away, but damn I am out of shape.

I went yesterday. Dang these exercises get radically more difficult, but I realize challenging my system accelerates the healing. Last one I did, I did fairly easy. I aksed her, "My first visit, I don't think I could have done this, could I?" Her response was, "Absolutely not". It can be frusterating, but it helps that I see the results.
