I know Tech is better than OU, but I don’t mind avoiding the Groves brothers. They’re nothing special, but they really seem to have our numbers. The bearded one especially.

Tech is miles better than OU. They also don't play anything resembling basketball. Would have very much preferred the opposite outcome to that game because now it's going to be a chore to watch that horrible slog tomorrow.

Really wanted OU. They were playing good ball and I’d like to see them get in the big dance. Plus OU would be tired as all hell tomorrow.

Not looking forward to more rugby. But if we can play assignment sound defense they look like they can’t do a ton of creating. But we have to hold our own physically. We’ve been playing faster and looser, so if we can keep that up with our confidence up we should be OK. If we go to shit then we lose.

You don’t enjoy games played in the 50’s decided on what the refs last decide is a foul? Lol

I’ll also add that OU missed several open looks early in that game to fall behind.

If we hit open shots and jump out, Tech’s style of play doesn’t lend itself to making comebacks. They need a slugfest to win.

Say what you want about them. #1 defense in college basketball. Gritty team. Its not gonna be fun. Its Because they are well coached and good.

Tech tends not to allow many open shots because they'll just grab you on every play without getting called for it.

If they call the game the way they call it, its GREAT coaching to play that way.
