I'm sure it was probably the same thing as last time, he was in a car with some other guys and they were smoking. Stupid of him given all he has to lose, but

That poor guy has the worst luck. People need to stop setting him up like this.

The same thing happened last time. He was in a car with some guys who were smoking, and the cops showed up. Someone else got possession and he got trespassing. In this case he probably won't get anything.

I wonder if he pulled the bill Laurie "do you know who I am??" line. To which the cop said "no" and cuffed him for DUI

It would be so much better if he would just break into someone's house with guns.

I hope we don't draft that high.

Or smack some chick with his jimmy in an elevator. Or hold up a Taco Bell. Or stab a guy in the leg.

Prison Bitch 01-11-2014 05:06 PM

Somehow someway, you just know Lew Perkins was involved in the setup

I think you get a bonus for those things in Larryville.

Here's the official statement from the Springfield Police Department, in its entirety.

Perhaps this will end some of the speculation of what was or wasn't found, who was or wasn't released.

Arrest of Dorial Green-Beckham

Springfield Police confirm the arrest of Dorial Green-Beckham (M/B, 4/12/93) and two other Springfield men, John W. McDaniel (M/B, 1/27/91) and Patrick W. Prouty (M/W, 3/1/93), in conjunction with a traffic stop that occurred last night. The stop was made after the arresting officer noticed the license plate tab on a 1999 Jeep Cherokee, driven by McDaniel, had expired in October of 2013. When the officer made contact with McDaniel regarding the license plate violation, he could smell an odor of marijuana inside the vehicle. The traffic stop occurred near Sunshine and Jefferson in Springfield.

During the search of the Jeep, officers found approximately a pound of marijuana and assorted drug paraphernalia. All three occupants were arrested and booked into the Greene County Jail for Distribution of a Controlled Substance.

All three suspects were released pending further investigation and the laboratory testing of physical evidence. The release of suspects pending the filing of formal charges, and without bond, based on the outcome of a completed investigation and lab results, is normal procedure in Greene County for non-violent felonies and most drug cases.

The arrest of a person is merely an allegation and should not be presumed as conclusion of guilt. All parties are assumed innocent until a finding of guilt in a court of law. The case continues to be under investigation and no further details will be released at this time.
