This is a guy that has gone with Jeff Garcia, Michael Vick, Kevin Kolb, and eventually Foles as his go-to guys since McNabb. If we go by recent track record, why wouldn't you think he'd consider going with a retread veteran QB? Or engineer a trade for Kolb, Cousins, or Flynn? That seems more consistent with what he's done recently.

All of those guys played their absolute best football with Reid sans Garcia who was about 45 that year.
