I don't use it but maybe I'll get around to it one day. I'm drinking a Bear Republic Hop Rod Rye ATM. Not a bad beer. Definitely would buy again. I think it's in the $6-7 price point.

Martin City has Parabola on draft. Dangerous stuff.
We also hit Next Door Pizza on the way home and had some Tripel Julep. Nighty night. |
Phil, did you enjoy the Parabola?

Mmmm, just finished a Rogue Dad's Little Helper Black IPA. Nice hoppy finish after the chocolate malt start.

I think that I've tried too many beers. That list is totally stacked, but I still found myself saying, "meh".
Jacobins is one of my favorite sours ever though. The Toppling Goliath stuff is interesting too. |

I'm loving what TG is doing - they're putting out some fantastic beers. Pseudo Sue and Golden Nugget, especially. I heard Assassin and Mornin' Delight are phenomenal, but haven't had a chance to try either yet... |
I've been trying to get an Iowa buddy to bring down some Naughty Temple....I don't know if he'll cave....

Any Arizona brews people would suggest I look for down here?
|
The Perfect Crime Hollow Point - very nice belgian quad I just poured. It's not incredibly complex but all the flavors I enjoy about a quality belgian are there.

This should definitely be on a list of beer to try before you die.
Pliny the Younger. -It's only available 1-2 months of the year. -Never sold in a pint, always half pours. -Never bottled -Triple IPA that's smoother than it's predecessor, Pliny the Elder I've had it 5 years in a row so far. Every time there's a huge line, and kegs always tap out after 45 minutes. The lines for this stuff are ridiculous. Waiting in line I'm always thinking it cant be worth it, and it wont live up to the hype. Normally it does. Here's a pic of one of the lines my friends tried to make it in at 10am, it was tapped out 40 mins later. http://s24.postimg.org/s3fcvuh6c/big_DL_1204.jpg http://s11.postimg.org/bpdnb2y3m/big_DL_1189.jpg I was able to get 1 8oz pour at my normal watering hole. (the pitcher is Pliny the Elder) We got there 3 hours early, only to find out we had to get in the huge line when they started pouring. We were lucky enough to cut someone. |
