The TD to Sherman was pretty, but this is the pass right here. No way Smith ever looks downfield in that spot, much less could complete the throw. It was also 3rd and long with a chance to let them right back in it - basically where Smiff rarely converts.

I'm actually semi-encouraged by our pass defense today and run D has looked ok. Secondary is so so so bad. We need to start bringing in guys off the street.
