Eh, don't think so. It's a 2.5 mil dead cap hit, and even though he may be the most unspectacularly mediocre RB I've ever seen in a Chiefs uniform he at least still manages a 4.3--4.4 YPC and isn't a total liability on passing downs.

I am just hoping for someone wearing 27 to turn into a stud and hopefully his last Name is Johnson so I can wear that jersey again , so glad I didn’t change it to Hunt after his rookie year .

Cook was another guy that started to really figure things out as a rookie as the year went on.
