Only a complete fool would put this loss on anything to do with Alex Smith.

I'm not completely sure Alex is all that or Reid & company coached their asses off. Chase mother****ing Daniels & a crew of backups took Rivers to OT.

Alex Smith's first 300 yard passing game as a Chief.

And it's a loss. He seriously was launching that ball. And that last throw to DBowe was about about a half hard wide. So close.

Chargers have the 2nd best offense and one of the worst defenses in the league.

We have a lot of talent and are well coached.

Need help on the defense though. That was a travesty.

Does that really matter? Had we failed to score you would have criticized that. The offense did it's job. The defense with five pro bowlers did not.

Tony Romo knows all about throwing 300+ yards and losing, High yard games usually mean that you are coming from behind. When you have the lead you try to run clock and fatigu the defense. This is really basic football.
