Buttered peas are ok. If they are swimming in cream it's disgusting and the same goes for corn.

Raw peas are amazing and frozen peas are really good when thawed. Canned peas are disgusting.

My wife eats frozen peas as a comfort food. If she's feeling nauseous or anything, she'll sometimes just microwave a bowl of peas as a snack. It's bizarre to me, but she likes them.

I don't mind them, but they're definitely not a snacking food.
