The only vagina crying in the Big12 is Kansas. The Big12 is the second best conference.

That's a strange thing to say. Kansas is not the type of school that would choose to leave the best football/basketball combined conference in the country. Other local schools may choose not to compete against the best but KU has never been known to do such a thing.
