If you want to see some wicked retaining walls, come over and look at my (expletives deleted) neighbor. He's retained our property so he can expand his house from 2500 to 4000 sf. He's a bastard.

What I mean by that is that on my weekly Costco runs every Thursday (the housekeeper's here all day and I can't work), I always do a "refill". So in effect, I am doing a restock. :)

Oh and BTW, for those of you who don't know or arent' aware, Costco (at least on the West Coast) are offering Kirkland Brand Vodka for $29.95 for a large, 1.75ml bottle.

It's not Kirkland, though. It's re-branded Grey Goose! For $15.00 less.

That sucks about the neighbor. When you come over to the Dell, I'll show you around to where they're screwing us over too, though not directly like they are you. My good friend up the street has been in a battle with the City for like 6 years and it's a freakin' mess. I'd have lost it by now, but he keeps going on.

Yeah, I need to do that, too. I've got all these new houses peering over the back of my house, even with the 30 foot tall retaining wall. Of course that means running irrigation all the way up there and watering it. Man, it never ends!

Yeah. At my old place on the West side where I had ten square feet to water, that was not a problem. I could just sit in the deck chair and drink coors lights all afternoon and piss on the plants. (boo hoo)
