Did some Coronavirus shopping and came home with a bottle of Wathen's Barrel Proof and a bottle of Bulleit Blenders Select.

Around 2 weeks ago my Son stopped by and he and his Wife (Daughter-in-law) wanted to toast my recovery. It was The Macallan Cask Scotch Whiskey.

Never tasted better Whisky in my ENTIRE life.......it was amazing!

Details on the Bulleit Blenders once you taste. I’m hearing good things.

70 degree afternoon. Beautiful. My favorite tree in the yard producing flowers, along with the citrus, which produce the most amazing smelling yard you can imagine.

We need to get together at some point Lew, now that I'm living here. And I need your secrets on scoring these rare-ish bottles.

Lew is just going to quietly snicker when he contemplates people calling crappy green label Weller or McKenna 10 "rare-ish" bottles.

Sorry if you dig the green label Weller; that stuff is bad. And it's absolutely insane that people are hoarding it.

I've seen one bottle of McKenna since moving to PHX and they were asking $90.

I'm pretty indifferent on Weller Special Reserve, but I've not seen a bottle here either.
