With a historical win next Sunday (refs willing) Andy will have 29 playoff wins. BB has 31. He could take the lead in our 4peat SB next season (refs willing).

That’s why I think they’re gonna show the same set as corn pop, and it’s gonna be a completely different set of routes for the receivers. Which is gonna leave someone wide ****ing open. Hopefully it’s Kelce., and it’s the game winning TD! That’s the ending I’m hoping for. 2 TDs to Kelce to tie the record and give him incentive to come back next year. And hope Mahomes throws at least 3 to put his potentially 46 touchdowns in second place one ahead of Montana and Rodgers, and 43:eek::doh!: from beating Brady. That’s crazy, but Mahome is only in year 7. So possibly around his 14th season if he continues on his current trajectory. Maybe less is Worrhy continues to be the weapon he’s turning into already.

Yup, that’s why I never really get too worked up about anything that happens during the regular season.

I don't think I could if I tried at this point. It is meaningless.

They're really expensive practices....

I still say Reid getting Beignets absolutely rocked.

Beignet is a type of deep-fried pastry of French origin. It is commonly made from pâte à choux, but can also be made using rice flour or yeast-leavened batters.
WTF? I've never heard of these things...

The regular season losses still suck, but not like it used to suck for 50 years. It’s the opposing fans that make it the worst. They hang on to those meaningless (to us) regular season wins as their personal Lombardi, and consistently bring it up, despite the fact we keep winning actual Lombardis.the kind you get when you win the last game of the playoffs, not the ones they apparently give out for week 1-18 games. We’re everybody’s Super Bowl, the Super Bowl is our Super Bowl!

It's not that Andy doesn't want to win regular season games; he does. However, I think he'd be more than willing to take a loss if it meant putting out some tendency breakers and keeping the good stuff for the post season.

It reminds me of a video I watched after the Bills beat us in the regular season. His whole thing was that Reid got badly out-coached. And I was thinking, did he? Or was he simply that much more interested in the long-game.

I made that exact same observation on here, multiple times. While he didn't go completely vanilla against the regular season Bills, he sure as hell kept most of his card close to the vest. He knew we'd see them in the playoffs. This is the genius that is Andy Reid.

Spags too. His regular season gameplan was pretty basic. Especially compared to what he brought for the AFCCG. The team obviously knew they’d win when it mattered most. Even Kelce with the clap he did at the end. The whole team knew this wasn’t the game to empty the clip for. The 2 best things about that loss was we didn’t have to worry about chasing the ghosts of the 72 Dolphins, because they’re going for an even rarer feat that’s NEVER been achieved. And it gave their ****ing neckbeard fans lots of false hope. Which in turn caused them to blame everything for the loss except for the truth. Might be their motto of the McD era.

I wonder how much the Bucs “figuring out the Chiefs offense” in the 2020 regular season matchup and Eli Apple going into great detail how Lou Anarumo had figured out the Chiefs tell after the Chiefs-Bengals regular season matchup in 2021 has inspired Andy to keep things so vanilla in the regular season.

It’s stunning how that strategy has now directly led to us turning the tide against the Bengals and Bills in AFC Championship games.
